The purpose of the public hearings is to receive comments regarding the need for the proposed project, the appropriateness of a minor alteration to the original route permit, and the conditions on the minor alteration. The Honorable Christa Moseng, an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) with the Office of Administrative Hearings, will administer these hearings.
